MLM Training: How to build bigger teams

The home based business of network marketing to create residual income has ways to build bigger teams.

Micheal S. Clouse suggests ways to reduce distributor turnover. Do you recall such statements, ” Bring them in the front door faster than they’re leaving out the back door” OR “Go talk to more people…”?. WHAT if somebody may have told them “Network Marketing is a bad idea” or they felt that ” It takes too much time and costs too much money”? ” No one really helped me” And splat. You’ve lost another one.

MR Clouse highlights: PROSPECTS that are progressively educated about MLM, build businesses and in turn become better leaders than those who are not. ABOVE average success in MLM requires

1) belief in the industry

2) belief in the business building system

3) belief in yourself. If you are not systematically instilling this information/eduction into our new business builders, we should actually expect them to quit as soon as they encounter any resistence at all. IF you are ready to build a bigger team:

FIRST-provide every prospect with something to educate them about the Network Marketing Industry.

SECOND-after they have sponsored in, immediately offer every business builder something to teach them the basics of the business.

THIRD- after your new business builder has been involved for 30 days or so give them something to keep them moving in the direction of their dream.
