A Tale of a mother’s love

A story is told of a village mother, that one afternoon had to leave the home to attend other business else where. On return to her home, she found people gathered around one of the huts where she  stayed and it was on fire.

Immediately on arrival she made for the entrance despite  rebuke and discouragement the standing crowd.”Stay out of there….are you an idiot……you’ll die…..what you are doing will fail……have  you lost your mind” some members in the crowd said.sounds familiar? Dexter Yager, multimillionaire who was once poor said” instead of listening to ten thousand people who tell you are “foolish…you wont make it….it will crash etc”, listen instead to the one person that says ‘you can be anything you desire to be'”

Now back to the story.the mother knew that inside that burning hut, was her six month old baby and she wasnt going to give up that easily on her child. She went in.Ladies and gentleman, you and i have a unique connection to our dreams(a gift from God).Let nobody dissaude you from pursuing

Inside, the flames where licking at the child’s neck, so the mother quickly picked up the child and made again safely out of the burning hut.

Moral from the story: Our dreams are like that baby, they require the mother’s love and protection.Abandoning the little one and it would die in the fire, like dream die.The crowd (especially those that mocked, ridiculed etc) like naysayer/dreamstealers, they know no better, they dont know you have a special connection to your dreams and they dont lose anything.

Dreams require discipline and faith to bring to fruition.Neglect will only lead  to regret

A Merry Christmas.
